Big Tree Search 2007 NOMINATION FORM. Print this form

Trees Atlanta and the Arbor Day Partners are looking for the largest tree of each native species inside I-285. The Big Tree Search will recognize the trees and their nominators/owners. All trees will be measured by a certified arborist.

If selected as a winner of the Big Tree Search, I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs of me and/or my tree in legitimate accounts and promotions of this activity.

If the location of the tree is not on property owned by the nominee, permission MUST be granted by the owner of the property or the arborists will not be able to measure the tree.
