Why do some plants eat insects? How can plants live in water? If any of these questions spark your interest, join us as we answer those questions and more during our September homeschool day. We will investigate interesting plants found all across Georgia and learn what makes them so unique through experiments, dissections and observations (while also enjoying a beautiful day out in our urban forest!).This homeschool day is just for kids but adults are free to enjoy themselves on the Atlanta BetLine Arboretum until participant(s) pick up.

Age group: Rising 2nd - current 4th graders; ages 7-10 years
