Trees & Thank You: 2025 Georgia Arbor Day Student Art Contest Winners

What an incredible showcase of talent from our young artists! Their creative interpretations of the 2024 theme, “Trees & Thank You: Reason’s We’re Grateful for Trees,” are nothing short of inspiring. Congratulations to the winners of the Georgia Arbor Day Student Art Contest! Each winning artist will receive a VISA Gift Card, a membership or day pass to the HIGH Museum of Art, and a journal.

This year, we were thrilled to receive over 200 submissions for our Annual Student Art Contest! Entries poured in from across Metro Atlanta, highlighting the creativity of our future tree stewards. Students submitted works in a variety of mediums, including paint, mixed media, clay mation, poetry, comics, spoken word, and digital art.

We want to share a special thank you to Amazon for sponsoring this year’s Georgia Arbor Day Student Art Contest. Their generous donation allowed us to award art supplies to local art teachers, and provide incredible prizes for these young artist. Thank you!

Winning entries will be on display during the Gallery Showing during the Kendeda TreeHouse open hours from 9am-4pm on February 17 – 21.

Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate the inspiring work of these budding artists!
