Guests at Root Ball will enjoy: delicious appetizers, food and dessert stations, an open bar, entertainment, tour of the new campus and buildings, and a Silent Auction, as well as, take home a party gift, cheerful photo booth prints, and great memories with old friends and new. Look back at some fun moments from Root Ball evenings of years past.
Festive Patio Cocktail Attire: We welcome you to move comfortably among interior and exterior spaces throughout our campus. Large movable walls will be open, inspiring guests to move among modern interiors and springtime landscapes (weather permitting). We encourage you to walk through our landscape planted with 100% native plant and tree species. Landscape tours will be conducted throughout the night. Please be mindful that our exterior spaces and paths are paved with loose gravel which may not be appropriate for shoes with narrow heels.

Root Ball is one of our most anticipated and fun events. It’s a wonderful evening in the company of Trees Atlanta’s supporters, volunteers, staff, partners, donors, and especially our honored guests – the Trees Atlanta 2023 Tree Champions. These individuals and partners exemplify community stewardship and collaboration to protect and improve our urban canopy across metro Atlanta.
