Rent our Venue

We have made some changes to our policies in order to reduce risks associated with COVID-19, while simplifying the rental experience for our guests. These policies are subject to change as the pandemic evolves. At this time, please note the following:

  1. Kendeda Center will be available for weekend rentals only. This will limit interaction between guests, staff, and volunteers.
  2. We will only host a single event on either Saturday or Sunday, allowing us to ensure the space and all high-touch surfaces are professionally cleaned before and after each event.
  3. Event size will be limited to 99 total guests to allow for social distancing.
  4. Masks are required in the Kendeda Center at all times. The CDC recommends that all children ages 2+ wear a mask indoors or when within 6 feet of those not living with them.
  5. Our rental rates include a post-event cleaning and breakdown by our cleaning services provider. Guests must still remove all trash/decor and clean up any spills during their event, but all other cleaning plus the breakdown of all chairs and tables will now be Trees Atlanta’s responsibility. We will have Kendeda professionally cleaned the Friday prior to your event.
  6. We are currently take reservations through October 31, 2021. Any inquiries for later dates may not be considered.

Meetings and Corporate Events

The Trees Atlanta Kendeda Center is well-suited for corporate meetings, staff retreats, team-building programs, fundraising events and more. Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, and the Downtown Connector, the Trees Atlanta Kendeda Center is close to many of Atlanta’s major business centers.

 

Weddings and Parties

The Trees Atlanta Kendeda Center is the perfect venue for weddings and receptions. Numerous wedding celebrations, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and baby showers have taken place at the Center over the past few years, and we would love to host your event!

Trees Atlanta also offers tribute trees, the perfect gift to celebrate a special event, either as a gift that the host purchases in honor of each guest, or as a gift from a guest to the honoree or newly married couple.

Available Space and Capacity at the Kendeda Center:

Kitchen Dining Area Accommodates 30 banquet-style or 50 cocktail-style
Board Room Accommodates 25 banquet-style or 40 classroom-style

 

* Please note that Trees Atlanta does not provide setup service for the multi-purpose space for any event. We have an inventory of tables and chairs available, which you can arrange according to your desired floor plan and return at the completion of your event.

* Day rate includes 8 hours of usage and is inclusive of Load-in Load-out time. Additional hours may be added at 1/2 the regular hourly rate. Weekday rental rates are valid beginning Monday at 8:00 AM through Friday at 5:00 PM. Weekend rental rates are valid beginning Friday at 5:00 PM through Sunday at 11:00 PM.

 

Other Optional Costs:

Some additional charges may be incurred when events require the following services.

 

After Hours/Weekend Staffing Fee $175

Weekend events or any weekday event ending after 7:00 PM

Security Fee $300 Over 100 guests or events ending after 10:00 PM
Outside Catering Fee   $500 For caterers not on the approved catering list

 

 

Parking Capacity:

While onsite parking is limited to 25 spaces, we can make arrangements for additional parking less than 1 block south of our building at the Atlanta Habitat for Humanity lot. Our event staff will be happy to assist with coordinating valet (Eagle Parking) as well.

Trees Atlanta will provide rental space, furnishings, and basic audio/visual equipment listed above. Clients and/or their vendors are responsible for all set-up and break-down of events including trash and recycling removal.

 

On-site Composting:

Trees Atlanta partners with CompostNow to support our journey toward zero waste. CompostNow transforms our food waste, compostable cutlery, cups and plates, and other biodegradable items into a nutrient-rich organic soil additive, thereby lowering our carbon footprint and overall environmental impact.
