Oliver Wendell Holmes once said, “A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.” I was reminded of that when, on a recent trip to Chicago, I was fortunate to be able to visit The Morton Arboretum. As you may know, an arboretum is a botanical garden focused on woody plants which are grown for research, education, and display.
