Root Ball Guest List

Trees Atlanta uses BidPal (OneCause) as its ticketing software. It it also the bidding software for our Silent Auction. Please follow these steps to update your guest list.
We strongly encourage you to assign your tickets now. Names entered after Monday, April 29 may experience short delays at check in; however, we will work to update lists and name tags for guest continuously through May 2.
Instructions for Corporate Sponsors
Assign Tickets to Your Guests
- A unique Root Ball URL (link) specific to your purchase is included in your purchase receipt
- Click on your unique Root Ball URL
- Enter your contact info on the BidPal landing page if requested (use the email used for your purchase/receipt); some browsers keep your account in cache, others do not)
- Click “Your Tickets” on the left menu panel
- Select and assign each ticket to a guest with First and Last Name + Email
You may return to the URL to continue updating your guest list. Minimally, please enter each guest’s First and Last Name. An email is required to send each individual a link to pre-check in.
- Each guest will receive an email to accept their ticket.
- Guests can re-assign the ticket back to you if their plans change.
- Guests are encouraged to enter their mobile number to pre-register for the event, giving them FAST PASS Check-In access at the event.
- To be prepared to bid in the Silent Auction, guests can enter credit card in advance. No charges will occur unless you are the winner of the bid for an item.

Instructions for Patrons & Ticket Purchasers
- Sign in to your BidPal Ticketing Account for Root Ball 2024
- Check your inbox for your purchase receipt
- Password reset is available via Bidpal
- Manage your account by selecting the icon at the upper right or YOUR ACCOUNT on the menu bar
Assign Tickets to Your Guests
Select Your Account to manage your ticket details:
- Choose TICKETS
- Use the down arrow to ASSIGN TICKET for each guest
- Enter each guest’s First and Last Name
- Adding their email allows each guest to receive event updates
- Adding their mobile allows each guest to receive a text to PRE-CHECK into the event and speeds up entry at FAST PASS
You may return to your account to update your guest list at any time.
ATTENTION! Updates to Guest Names after April 30 may or may not be reflected on name tags at check in. Updates to your online ticket account will automatically update for check in.

Updating Your Account Information
Select Your Account to manage your account or ticket details:
- ACTIVITY – Updates the current status of your Silent Auction bids. You’ll receive a notice when your bid has been “out bid” (bid again!) or your winning items at the end of the night.
- RECEIPT – Lists all credit card transactions, including tickets and winning Silent Auction transactions
- PROFILE – Update your name, email, mobile, and mailing address
- CREDIT CARD
- TICKETS – View and update all guest names
